Thai woman arrested for stealing bag from Russian tourist in Pattaya

On January 23, 2025, Banglamung police arrested Nisa, 33, for stealing a black shoulder bag from a 37-year-old Russian tourist on January 8 outside a convenience store in Soi 6, Naklua, Pattaya.
