Fugitive from Russia apprehended in Phuket

A man wanted by authorities in Russia for large-scale fraud was apprehended in Phuket. He had been living in Thailand for over two years. The arrest was made possible by a tip from the community reported through our volunteer network. The suspect is now in custody and extradition procedures are underway.
