Russian drug suspect caught in Pattaya after 10 years on the run

Mikhail Tolokonnikov, 33, a Russian national wanted for drug offences, was arrested in Pattaya in February 2024 after approximately 10 years on the run. He had an Interpol Red Notice issued for his arrest and had overstayed his visa for over a decade. The arrest followed a tip-off from a volunteer to local police.
